All course fees are payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

To register your interest in a course, participants are required to complete the registration form and pay a non-refundable booking fee of $10.

The $10 booking fee is required to secure the participant’s registration and reserve a place in the course. Payment of the booking fee does not constitute confirmation of the course until the course arrangement is confirmed by CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd.

Once the course is confirmed, participants will be notified via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other appropriate communication channels.

Upon confirmation, participants are required to make full payment of the course fee before attending the course.

A participant’s place in the course will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the full course payment.

If full payment is not received by the stated payment deadline, CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd reserves the right to release the participant’s reserved place.

Course dates, timings, venues, trainers, and course arrangements are subject to availability and may be changed by CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd when necessary.

In the event that CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd postpones or cancels a course,

participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and may be offered:

• An alternative course date; or
• A transfer to another available course; or
• A refund of the course fee paid, where applicable

The $10 booking fee will be refunded only where the course is cancelled by CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd and no alternative course date or transfer is accepted by the participant.

• Participants may request a refund of the course fee paid, less the non-refundable $10 booking fee.

• Alternatively, participants may request to transfer their registration to another available course date, subject to availability.

• The course fee is non-refundable.

• A transfer to another course date may be considered at CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd’s discretion and is subject to availability.

• If a participant does not attend the course without prior notice, the course fee will be non-refundable.

• The participant may be required to register and pay again for a future course.

Participants who are unable to attend their confirmed course may request to transfer to another available course date.

All transfer requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject transfer requests based on course availability and administrative arrangements.

Participants are responsible for attending the course at the scheduled date and time.

Participants are required to comply with the attendance requirements applicable to the course. Late arrival or early departure may affect the participant’s eligibility for course completion, assessment, certification, or funding/subsidy claims, where applicable.

Participants should ensure that they provide accurate personal information during registration, as this information may be used for course administration, attendance records, certification, and applicable funding or subsidy submissions.

Course materials, handouts, assessments, and certificates, where applicable, are provided in accordance with the requirements of the respective course.

Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet the applicable attendance, assessment, and course completion requirements.

CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification where the participant does not meet the required course completion criteria.
