• Delivery and setup services are subject to scheduling and availability. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time after your order has been confirmed.

• Goods sold are non-refundable.
• Goods that are unused, undamaged, and in their original unopened packaging may be exchanged within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
• Goods are non-exchangeable after three (3) days from the date of purchase.
• No adjustment, refund, or pro-rated charges will be made once a new monthly rental billing cycle has commenced.

• If you experience a failed transaction but funds have been deducted, please contact your bank first, then notify CareHome Nursing with your payment details.
• Duplicate payments will be investigated, and any confirmed overpayment will be refunded accordingly.
